Dawes Construction has provided general contracting services on a wide range of projects across the United States. Our team understands the requirements to serve and research any site location our clients may choose. Because we place a critical emphasis on understanding how a completed project will function, Dawes Construction can better assist the client in scheduling critical operations items that must interface closely with the construction process. The result of this effort is the timely completion of our clients’ projects.

In all cases, Dawes Construction will be responsible to the owner for successful completion of the work in a timely manner.

Since we are ultimately responsible for the coordination of all trades and the progress of the schedule, our Project Managers and Superintendents take pride in running our projects like a tight ship. We meet with the trades, the owner’s representatives and the architect(s) and engineer(s) for regularly scheduled meetings at the job site to discuss progress of the work.

Dawes Construction realizes that others are economically dependent upon our management and labor skills. We work with all project shareholders to fairly, economically, and expeditiously resolve disputes and changes that inevitably occur. To that end, we may also choose to introduce partnering to a project.
